Orange tree

I'm back everyone! Here is one drawing that I made this morning while drinking my coffee.....so I know that the background is not perfect but at least I tried to....sort of...I'll be very happy if you comment below this drawing and tell me how I can get better with the backgrounds and of course anything else you find wrong! Thanks!
